Inashiki City, home to Kiuchi’s rice fields, benefits from the abundant water, fertile soil, and warm climate of the Tone River basin—conditions that have made it one of the top rice-producing areas in Kanto since the Edo period. From sowing to harvest, we carry out every step ourselves, dedicating our efforts to growing truly delicious rice.



Safety and Trust

We aim for full traceability. From cultivation and storage to milling and even loading onto delivery trucks, we handle every stage ourselves to ensure that our customers receive rice that they can be sure is safe and trustworthy.

 



Quality

Maintaining quality after harvest is just as important as cultivation. We store brown rice at a constant temperature, then mill and pack it immediately upon receiving orders to ensure freshness and high quality throughout the year. We also use paper bags instead of plastic, in consideration of the environment.
